Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an Administrative Services Officer - Stock Management on a contract for 3 weeks upon commencement.

Position Overview

Our Client delivers innovation programs that help Australia realise real-world outcomes with its science and technology innovation. Our Client is seeking short term support for managing stocktake and transfer of the team's physical materials ahead of the team's removal.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Stocktake of merchandise items in I&ES team stockroom.
  • Consolidation of physical collateral and filing for long-term storage.
  • Digitising physical collateral.
  • Postage of items to stakeholders.
  • Communicate openly, effectively and respectfully with all staff, clients and suppliers in the interests of good business practice, collaboration and enhancement of client's reputation.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a diverse and regionally dispersed team, and business unit, to carry out tasks in support of client's objectives.
  • Adhere to the spirit and practice of client's Code of Conduct, Health, Safety and Environment procedures and policy, Diversity initiatives and Making Safety Personal goals.
  • Other duties as directed.
