Your New Role

You Will Be Responsible For

In this exciting, newly developed role you will be reporting into the Customer Service Manager to help drive the improvement and functionality of the customer service team.

  • Gathering, conducting and analysing market trends
  • Investigating delayed orders
  • Maintaining and updating database
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and areas for improvement
  • Weekly reporting
