About us

The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.

What you will be doing

The Project Officer of Patient Reported Measures (PRM) works collaboratively with ACI Clinical Networks, Integrated Care Stakeholders, Consumers, Local Health Districts, Primary Health Networks and Primary Health Care staff to identify and act on opportunities for innovation in care delivery by facilitating the contribution of key internal and external stakeholders.

Furthermore, you will undertake all project management activities as well as provide advice on the development and implementation of the Patient Reported Measures program across NSW Health.

Remuneration: $114,076.21 - $130,046.97 per annum, plus superannuation

Selection criteria

  1. Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management, leading implementation of projects and/or initiatives and change management
  2. Highly developed analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret and package complex information rapidly and accurately using verbal and written communications
  3. Extensive experience in change-management and demonstrated successful approaches to implementing large scale, complex programs.
  4. High level skills in conceptual and systems thinking on the successful application of innovative approaches.
