Our range of capabilities includes solutions for better cities, energy efficiency, mechanical, electrical and communications infrastructure, fire protection and audio-visual systems, as well as onsite renewable power generation.

Role Overview

  • Provide an integral link in the delivery of routine and non-routine maintenance services to customers
  • Schedule and coordinate trade personnel in response to customer requirements and aim to reduce the total travel time and non-productive time where possible.
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Monitoring and Actioning the Service Inbox
  • Processing of timesheets, and administrative assistance as required

Qualifications

Requirements to be successful

  • Experience in Service Scheduling in an environment which supported Technicians would be highly desirable
  • Experience with the Pronto Xi highly desirable
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven aptitude for managing competing priorities with successful deliverables
  • Ability to maintain high standards of customer service in a high-pressure environment
  • Superior organisational skills and attention to detail
