We have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated Branch Manager to join our Morley AutoGlass Team! You will need to have the ability to make decisions, work to agreed budgets and meet key performance indicators. Your style will be one of accountability, taking pride in achieving results and having a passion for growing your business through delivering high quality customer service.

  • Experienced in operating at Senior Team Leader or Manager level with a focus on people, financial and resource management for minimum 5 years growing sales revenue within the local market
  • Stakeholder management skills with the demonstrated ability to build new and strengthen existing relationships
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritise conflicting priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to take a proactive approach in identifying and solving problems
  • A result orientated approach, whilst maintaining our commitment to being caring, collaborative, genuine and driven in everything we do
