Hi, I'm Sarah Comerford and I founded HOME by belle 9 years ago. I had been in the renovation game for a number of years, prior to establishing this business, having flipped (bought, renovated and sold) 16 properties. Subsequently, I became passionate about design and renovation. The idea around establishing HBB actually came to life when I was on maternity leave. I felt that going back to my old position was not the lifestyle I wanted for me and my family life and so, HOME by belle was born. 4 years ago in June, I opened the HOME by belle Showroom in Willoughby, creating a design and renovation space that doubles as an office for my growing team.

And right now I'm looking for another experienced, professional and polished person to join our growing business as our Contracts Administrator.

Your days will see you:

Focusing on the first half of the projects’ life- creating and managing budgets alongside the Interior Design team, before preparing and handing the project onto our Project Coordinators when it moves into construction. You'll:

    • Prepare and manage project budgets including FF&E and labour allowances at the start of the designs phase
    • Walk our clients through their budget and support Interior Designers to ensure they are working within it
    • Manage and maintain client contract administration
    • Persistently track and manage budget modifications with clients, trades and designers from quoting to construction phase
    • Progress payment schedule and oversight
    • Work exclusively within Buildxact program for all budgeting
    • Procurement
    • Prepare and submit project handover (to construction phase) documentation
    • Develop and manage estimating templates
    • Provide general and project administration support to the Design and Project Coordination team
    • Calmly work between several projects at once
