We are looking for a commercially minded individual to join our team as a Senior Pricing Analyst. In this role you will work cross-functionally to support internal and external stakeholders, offering pricing insights to unlock category growth. In this role, you will:

  • Ensure accurate reporting, analysing and execution of plans relating to Pricing and Promotional strategies
  • Support development, management and monitoring of pricing and promotional strategy
  • Deliver timely and insightful analysis, supporting the achievement of effective pricing decisions that deliver top line growth and price realisation
  • Lead the definition of the pricing framework and parameters over the planning horizon
  • Effectively leverage shopper insights and behaviours in the construction of pricing and promotional plans

  • A talent for building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
  • Comfort when faced with ambiguity, being able to pivot and adapt to a transforming environment

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively partner, influence and negotiate
  • Experience in a Finance/Category Insights business partnering type role (advantageous)
  • A degree in Business/Commerce or a related discipline (advantageous)
