Product Owner/ Lead Business Analyst- Fin Crime

How will I help?

As a product owner, you will be working with managers and analysts in the team on various financial crime projects. You will be providing SME, requirements analysis, management, and insight. Also, you will be leading the elicitation, prioritisation and validation of requirements and design of business processes to meet the needs of the Consumer Financial Crime Program’s return to appetite plan.

You will ensure that the scope and purpose of the work is mapped back to Consumer’s financial crime objective.

You will work collaboratively with various delivery teams, Group and Consumer financial crime colleagues, consumer business stakeholders to foster a culture of learning with a strong focus on continuous improvement in processes and systems.

What do I need?

You must have experience working as a Business Analyst for 5+ years of which 2+ years in a Lead Business Analyst/ PO capacity within large, complex environments. In addition, you will have experience in Financial Services for 4+ years of which 2+ years’ experience in Financial Crime (e.g. Transaction Monitoring, Customer and Payment Screening, Risk Assessment, Tax Reporting).

Project management experience would be an added advantage. You must have experience in using Agile supporting tools, e.g. Jira / Confluence and strong stakeholder management experience working with senior stakeholders and external vendors.
