Australian Vintage Ltd (AVL) is an ASX listed company and owner of the multi-award winning McGuigan, Tempus Two and Nepenthe brands. The Company prides itself on producing outstanding and innovative wines for its domestic & global customers.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a results-driven individual to take the next step in their sales career. This Territory Manager position is responsible for managing a region of Perth at a Territory Manager level and also holding Key Account responsibilities.

Reporting to the State Manager QLD / WA, your key duties will include but are not limited to:

Establishing and managing new sales contacts;
Servicing new and existing customers with the highest level of professionalism and ethics;
Undertaking weekly and monthly reporting;
Developing, initiating and activating business plans with each individual Key Account;
Working with the National Business Manager - Independents to align business plans with National objectives;
Engaging and effectively communicating and building strong working relationships with internal and external customers;
Effectively building and managing trading Terms; and
Undertaking any other duties as required.
Mentoring and dotted line responsibilities for a part-time merchandiser in the team.

Your outstanding relationship-building ability, strong communication skills and capacity to think strategically and problem-solve will see you succeed in this challenging role. Furthermore, your sound commercial and financial acumen coupled with your exceptional planning and organisational skills will add further to your success.

Knowledge and experience within the Wine, Liquor or FMCG industry are preferable, as are tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
