JOB DESCRIPTION

An opportunity exists for an experienced HR Generalist to undertake a 6 month contract opportunity with a large, multinational consumer products business. The role will support the HR Manager in day to day HR activities and run projects for HRIS implementation and transition.

Description

The responsibilities:

  • You will be the first point of contact for all HR related activity inclusive of; policy, procedure, compliance, recruitment activities, HRIS transition, implementing HR process and rolling out initiatives.
  • Workforce planning and managing the HRIS transition project on behalf of the HR team.
  • You will source and assign new training programs (across the business) for new and existing employees
  • Building relationships with all Senior Managers to assist with end to end recruitment activity. Writing and update job descriptions and job requisitions, interviewing, coaching and advising line managers on market trends
  • Collate reports and report back on WGEA.
  • Organise and cleanse data into the contractor management system.
  • General HR activities an duties as required.

Profile

What you will need to succeed:

  • 5 years+ in a HR BP / HR Generalist role
  • Hold relevant qualifications / diploma / Degree in HR
  • Strong communication skills both written a verbal
  • Previous exposure to systems/software such as Page-UP, Workday & MYHR(strongly desired)
  • Excellent Microsoft office suite skills - Excel (essential)
  • Process orientation skills (HR documentation preparation, generation and implementation)
  • Learning and development experience is essential.
  • Previous workforce planning experience is essential to be considered for this role.
  • Ability to commit and collaborate with the team during the contract length (6 months).
