About the role

Due to an internal geographical movement, an opportunity has become available for a Team Leader in our Bunbury location. Reporting to the WA State Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and coaching a team of consultants
Overseeing the team's performance and quality
Explore new opportunities and growth areas
Mentoring and training junior staff members
Undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments,
Identifying Return To Work barriers and,
Designing implementing and monitoring those programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce as required.

What you'll bring to the role:
Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehab Counselling with registration
Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence and ability to travel for work
At least 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation;
Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees;
Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis in order to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments;
Ability to consistently provide high level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals; and
Proven organisation and time management skills.
