We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Business Growth Specialist who will be responsible to:

- Own the end-to-end process of the most exciting stage of the product life-cycle (new release) for Media categories (Books, Movies, Music and Video Games). Become an expert on the process with the aim of driving business improvements, innovation, and scale across all the categories.
- Lead, develop and grow one of the most strategic brands in the Australia Retail business.
- Drive innovation and automation of the Media business by developing solutions and reporting on a need basis and work very closely with the leadership of the team.

The candidate could have experience in project management, buying, marketing, and/or finance, strong analytical acumen, and experience generating and managing reporting and analysis. Great communication skills and understanding of Excel and SQL will be essential to success. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and business problems to a successful result.

Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, vendors, partners, and management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- A relevant Bachelor's degree.

- 2+ years of experience in project management, retail, finance or management consulting.

- Advanced skills using Excel and SQL to generate and analyze data to support decision-making.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


- Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
- Strong multi-tasking ability and experience with meeting multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in data & analytics (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Experience with process improvement and automation.
