About The Role

Partnering with the Sales Director of a thriving Australian owned company, this is a Personal Assistant role that will suit someone who likes variety but also understands how to provide effective and efficient administrative support. Your remit will be to strategize, implement processes and procedures, champion projects and work as the right-hand person for this young and entrepreneurial Director. If you are looking for a new challenge that will allow you to make a real impact on a growing business, where no two days are the same, then this could be the role you have been waiting for!

Your Responsibilities

In this exciting newly created role, your objective will not just be to free up the Sales Director, it will be to make his execution more impactful. As such, you will be responsible for some of the following key tasks;

  • Extensive diary, email and travel management
  • Running reports and acquiring data to allow your director to have full oversight of the business
  • Preparation of board reports, distributing meeting minutes and following up action items
  • Writing and formatting highly confidential documents on behalf of the Director
  • Organisation of internal functions and corporate events
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders and communicating Business Strategy to the wider business
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents
  • Provide leadership and support to the Sales Team including email review, organise and prepare sponsorship agreements, administration of proprietary CRM software
  • Preparation and record keeping of monthly/quarterly sales commissions
  • Ad hoc project support

Skills And Experience

Having worked in an Administration support role for at least five (5) years you bring experience in:
  • Technically proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Overall great team player
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
  • Positive attitude with the view that no task is too big or too small
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
