This is a Fixed Term Part Time appointment for until 31/03/2022 at 37.5 hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to the position of Health Promotion Officer. In this position you will provide input to the Immunisation, Surveillance and Disease Control Program, and other parts of the Department of Health (DOH), other government and non-government organisations in the planning, development and evaluation of programs and initiatives aimed at preventing the transmission of communicable diseases among priority populations. The Health Promotion Officer will also undertake the planning, developing, review and evaluation of immunisation promotion programs, health promotion resources, social marketing and web-site material that contributes to improve immunisation coverage rates.
