Do you have a passion for customer service? Are you resilient and able to work under pressure? Do you have exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment? Then we would love to hear from you!

We are looking for customer focused people to bring their fantastic communication and interpersonal skills to the team. We are passionate about ensuring that we meet the needs of our customers, as well as giving opportunities for people to expand their skills.

We undertake a variety of customer service activities and work with Landgate customers via telephone, email, webchat and face to face communication. Our people work across these activities and undertake various functions to contribute to other Landgate teams. You must be flexible and willing to work across both our Midland and Perth Office.

We are seeking a passionate, energetic and team-driven individual to join our dynamic and exciting team!

To be successful in the level 2 Customer Service Officer role, you need:

  • Exceptional customer service with proven ability to communicate clearly, accurately and of the highest quality, both verbally and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organise your workload to consistently meet a range of deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work with others to deliver customer centric solutions.
  • Respond to customer enquiries within defined performance targets
  • Desirable: the importance of being able to work in webchat and a CRM (preferably Dynamics)

  3. In Customer Service there are always fluctuations in customer traffic, what do you do in the times where it is not as busy and why is this important?

As this is a pool, vacancies will be offered on a full time or part time permanent or fixed term basis. If a similar vacancy in a similar location becomes available in the next 12 months, applicants deemed suitable may be considered. Landgate currently only has fixed term roles available in the Customer Service team.

The recommended applicant will be required to provide a current National Police Clearance prior to offer of appointment that is less than six months old. It is the responsibility of the applicant to incur all costs associated with a Police Clearance.
