Lendlease’s Telecommunications team provides safe, cost effective end-to-end technological solutions for our customers across Australia’s telecommunications networks. We design, construct, operate and maintain telecommunications network infrastructure for public and private asset owners across Fixed and Wireless Networks.

As our business continues to expand, we have an opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Fixed Networks team. This role is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of internal procedures and processes for the office. They are responsible for assisting all office and site staff with various office support duties and maintaining day to day running of the office.

Major responsibilities include:
Coordinate any administration tasks required by the project.
Contract and job-related document control in accordance with Quality management plan.
Monitor, maintain and purchase appropriate staff uniforms in accordance with company policy.
Coordinate office maintenance and cleaning.
Coordination of office equipment use and supply.
Coordinate and organise training activities for staff.
Maintain asset register, staff training records and uniform register.
Preparation of purchase orders for project activities.
Preparation of new creditor applications.
Coordination and reconciliation of manual purchase orders and tax invoices.
Assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, correspondence and meeting minutes.

To be successful in this position you’ll be a self-starter with demonstrated experience working within the telecommunications industry. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and collaborative nature will help you develop authentic relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ability to multi-task between various regions and projects whilst providing strong, consistent direction to project team colleagues and staff is key.
