Position Summary:
The COVID-vac group is responsible for managing and coordinating the roll-out of the COVID-19 vaccination to the state of Victoria. Operating as a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, the group will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver an effective and efficient immunisation campaign.
The Service Delivery Officer will lead a small team in providing functional support to the operation of the Covid Vaccine Management System (CVMS). The role will liaise directly with health services and department branches to provide advice, education, change management and delivery support
Responsibilites:

* Define business requirements, releases and change requests
* Manage and communicate the Release and Upgrade Programme
* Provide functional expertise and knowledge transfer
* Provide Level 2 and 3 functional support
* Business liaison with the user cohorts
* Oversee the Super User Community
* Educate and define Super Users
* Incident and problem management
* Service delivery management
* Dynamics Platform Management
* Dynamics 365 Development and Configuration – bug fixing, release management and
* DevOps pipeline configuration management solution upgrades
* Canvas App/Model Drive app management
* Web Resource Management (CSS, Javascript, HTML)
* System monitoring and reporting
* Security management (including interaction with SOC/SIEM when available)
* Management of third-party applications
* Prioritisation of business investment in CVMS
* Workflow and process mapping
* Business change control
* CVMS policy, procedural documentation and support materials
* Communication to the DH and cohort user base
