Manager, Brand Partnerships

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the overall management of global, regional and local brand partnership events programmes (including Airports) located in ASP from planning through to delivery, managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners

Responsibilities

  • Management of the overall event and brand partnership planning process, including the briefing and co-ordination of all planned communication activities that supports or promotes the activities across the ASP region.
  • Working with the business and cross line of business Marketing teams to define event deliverables, content and messaging – and deploy accordingly
  • Development and delivery of flexible activation programmes that support the overall global brand partnerships strategy and tailored to local market needs working across a range of communication channels and platforms
  • Working with internal stakeholders, deliver an engaging internal communications plan that helps increase engagement and staff pride levels in the partnerships
  • Accurate management of Partnership budgets
  • Inputting in to a robust evaluation of the success/improvements of the partnerships against specific programme KPIs


Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years broad based commercial marketing experience within the sponsorship and events area, preferably within a financial services / retail banking environment.
  • Modern Marketing professional with understanding of latest developments in the marketing and media world.
  • Good understanding of both classical and contemporary channels
  • Understand the use of data and analytics in deriving customer value
  • Be passionate about the customer and be obsessed with customer outcomes
  • Degree level qualification in marketing and/or business studies preferred.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and activation delivery skills
  • Experience of working with teams over multiple sites and geographies.
  • Good understanding of technology developments and emerging consumer and industry trends.
