About the role

We are looking for a talented IT Project Engineer to join our Perth-based support team. This is an ideal role for a Senior support engineer looking to take the next step or a Junior Project Engineer wanting exposure to bigger projects. 


We are not the kind of IT providers that like to stay behind our desks. We communicate with our clients face to face or over the phone; we really get to know our client's businesses and how they work. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, technical ability, and project management.

Skills and experience

Technical

  • At least 2 + years' experience in an IT Projects role.
  • Installing and configuring advanced hardware, software, systems, networks, and servers
  • Monitoring and maintaining large systems and networks
  • Experience providing escalated technical support to clients and being an escalation point for internal teams
  • Testing and evaluating new technology
  • Certifications in relevant technology
  • MSP experience is highly desirable.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, with the ability to provide advice to non-technically minded customers
