Your opportunity
We are looking for an Employer Engagement Manager to establish our employer engagement strategy and build partnerships with large employers who have an interest in creating opportunities for people with a disability in their workforce.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a key senior leadership role in NSW and is pivotal to the success and growth of the state. You can be based in either Greater Sydney, Central Coast and the Hunter region.
You will be account managing some of our key employer accounts and also be responsible for new business development to bring on new key employer accounts at a state and national level. In addition, you will be managing a team of high performing Employer Engagement Consultants that will report directly to you.
About You
You will have come from a sales background and understand what it takes to form real partnerships with business and provide solutions as it relates to staffing. In addition, you will have the ability to manage and motivate high achievers in a fast paced, outcome driven environment.
This opportunity would also suit somebody with a recruitment background that now wants to work with employers around their diversity strategies, and how to build that into their recruitment practices.
