The Company
This is a leading, ASX listed property group with a vast national portfolio, across Retail Property. They are committed to the ownership, management and redevelopment of their assets and delivering on infrastructure solutions. With exceptional branding and a recent further acquisition in the portfolio, there is an opportunity for an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to join this expanding team.

The Opportunity
This role is responsible for the implementation of strategic programs to deliver enhanced customer experiences to support sustainable retail partners ensuring sustainable rents and sustainable returns for investors. 

The Responsibilities

  • Support external asset team in key marketing periods & implement portfolio digital strategies for website & social media
  • Provide customer insights & explore other data opportunities that will assist in retail, business & asset planning
  • Negotiate major contracts for key services
  • Work with the property management & facilities teams to ensure high standard of service & centre presentation
  • Overseas the tenant “journey” at the centre from start of tenancy to end
  • Establish relationships with national retailers & key stakeholders
  • Assist the investor relations team with analysis, communications & marketing
  • Manage content creation of marketing materials required for B2B & B2c audience
  • Manage all press releases & media enquiries inline with media guidelines

Ideal Skills/Experience:

  • Impressive digital & social media marketing experience
  • Relevant certificates and qualifications highly desirable
  • Retail/shopping centre knowledge and experience
  • Outstanding business analysis, presentation & communication skills
  • Good understating of the drivers of a successful Shopping Centre
  • Demonstrated experience achieving results and strategic planning
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff and work with other team leaders
