Reporting to the Shared Services Lead, as an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will provide support, training and hands-on processing of invoices and enquiries resulting in on-time payments to suppliers globally, ensuring these are handled efficiently using business integrated systems. You will be responsible for administering the Bradken credit card system Concur and ensuring training and support to users.

As a detail-oriented individual, you will develop and provide relevant accounts payable systems instruction material for AP Operators.

With excellent project management skills, you will actively participate in AP projects and will manage the implementation of Basware and the Concur Credit Card System for Australia and the sites outside of Australia.

With a focus on accuracy and timely service, you will process invoices resulting in on-time payments allowing accurate Cash Forecasting and Vendor Account Reconciliation.

Your engaging stakeholder management and multi-tasking capabilities will assist with monitoring and cleansing data entered into the Concur Credit Card system and also work on various Shared Services projects.

Key Criteria:

  • Experience working with an Expense Management System processing credit cards
  • Experience using an Electronic Accounts Payable system

This role is based in Newcastle.
