As a team member of the Centralised Recruitment Team your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal & external customers.
  • Assisting candidates through the application process & updating candidates on the progress of their application.
  • Dealing with the fast pace, high volume bulk recruitment environment.
  • Ensuring compliance is up to standard & deadlines met.
  • Sharing of ideas and enthusiasm to ensure an exceptional candidate experience & a streamlined, efficient recruitment process.
