  • Permanent Full-Time role working 7:00am - 3:00pm daily. 

This is a great opportunity for a hands on person with some experience repairing and assembling furniture, to become a vital part of a successful company. This person will have a passion for providing a high level of face-to-face customer service. The main focus of this role is to attend to service calls while providing a high level of face-to-face customer service and report on the outcome of these service calls.

In your role you will be responsible for:

  • Attending to customer's homes to inspect/repair furniture across the greater Sydney area
  • Providing a high level of customer service to our valued customers. 
  • Reporting on all outcomes of service calls
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving to offer the best solution for the customer

To achieve success in this role you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred 
  • To be a motivated self-starter with an eye for detail that is able to work with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • To be well presented
  • Knowledge of fixing recliners, restitching and frame reinforcement is an advantage
  • Hold a current NSW Drivers License
