we are seeking a passionate Level 1 - Service Desk Analyst who can provide remote (phone based) support and ‘wowing’ our customers with your passion for delivering a world class experience in desktop services

Some of the key things you’ll do:
  • Implementation of remote managed software/monitoring
  • Support and troubleshooting Microsoft Suite, Office 365, Active Directory and experience with desktop hardware
  • Maintaining Windows, MS office, Mac OS X OS and other application updates
  • Active directory administration and setup
  • System Security and Domain Administration
  • Citrix desktop and Vmware support
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Level 1-2 Service Desk
  • Experience in Incident Management
  • Extensive experience and knowledge with desktop support and network troubleshooting
