Your Opportunity

Based in our Brisbane office and working as part of our established national IT team you will provide remote and onsite support of our suite of IT systems, including Greentree ERP, Computers, Mobile Devices, Networking Equipment and Server systems.

An exciting time of transformation for our business, you will also be involved in a range of transformational IT projects across our national business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a helpdesk Ticket system supporting internal users
  • Answer support phone calls
  • Escalate tickets to relevant specialists
  • Desktop / Laptop Troubleshooting
  • Configuring & Deploying computer systems for end users
  • Basic Server administration & maintenance
  • Provide support for system rollouts and improvements
  • Assist in the ongoing improvement and transformation of the ICT support system
  • Level 1 and 2 Greentree support

About You

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience performing a Level 1 & 2 Helpdesk role
  • Experience working with windows operating systems (Windows 7 to 10) & Windows Server operating systems (2008 to 2016)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (2007 to 2016)
  • Experience working with Office 365
  • Experience working with Hyper-V and VMware ESX
  • Experience working with Greentree ERP & AutoCAD (desirable)
  • Customer service focused with a strong ability to communicate and engage with others
  • A self-starter who is able to work autonomously
  • Able to travel to remote offices in Far North Queensland as required
