This is a unique opportunity to enter the real estate industry working alongside one of the best!

You'll be teamed up and support one of our award winning agents as you develop your career in real estate. Training and mentoring will be the focus of your development in this amazing role.

Ideally we are looking for individuals with previous real estate experience, however, we are open to candidates who have any form of sales solutions backgrounds.

The Role...

As a Sales Associate you will support, and in-turn be taught the art of Real Estate sales by our highly experienced local agents from Ray White Canterbury

Your initial day-to-day activities will initially include:
  • Client prospecting;
  • Completing data entry;
  • Gathering market intelligence;
  • Social media marketing;
  • Assisting in developing marketing materials;
  • Handling prospective buyer enquiries;
  • Pre-settlement inspections;
  • Pre & post appraisals follow up;
  • Networking;
  • Assisting with open homes and inspections;
  • Database management;
  • Report preparation;
  • Opportunities to assist with home appraisals;
  • Opportunities to assist with listing properties for sale; and
  • General administration.
As you develop and display increasing competence in these areas your responsibilities will evolve, resulting in you becoming a fully-fledged Agent. In the years ahead, you may well become the Agent who mentors a new-starter!




Required Experience...
  • Previous sales experience or a sales solution background is a must;
  • Previous sales experience in a fast-paced environment;
  • A history of providing exceptional service to clients;
  • Experience in generating prospects;
  • A proven record of converting prospects into clients;
  • Knowledge of CRM systems;
  • Data entry experience;
  • Proficiency with a grange of computer systems; and
  • Posses a comprehensive knowledge of the '7 stage sales cycle process'.
