JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an enthusiastic data entry clerk to join our growing team, MYOB experience is a must, and excellent attention to detail.

We are a business centre with a diverse range of clients, therefore an ability to adapt to varying client demands is a must. We are a large team who work together for a common goal to ensure that our clients are happy with service we provide.

This is a demanding job, sales and purchases knowledge and experience with MYOB are a must.

Job Role:

  • 2-3years experienced data entry clerk/bookkeeper
  • End - to - end management of data input and filing
  • Management of supplier invoices
  • Recording payments to Customers & Suppliers
  • Input daily transactions into MYOB.
  • Payroll Data Entry.
  • Process account adjustments and handling internal queries
  • Assist with any other ad hoc tasks as required

Skills

  • Excellent knowledge & understanding of MYOB.
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Strong IT skills, being competent in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Understanding of matching and posting payments against customer ledgers.
  • Understanding of spreadsheets
  • Strong numerical, administration and procedural skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of the team
  • Excellent time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $43,000.00 – $47,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Experience:

  • Data Entry: 1 year (Required)
  • MYOB: 2 years (Required)
