Circular Quay
The Meat & Wine Co are looking for experienced and dedicated Food & Beverage Attendants (section waiters) to become part of our professional and hard-working team.

Our restaurants form part of a vibrant, passionate and dynamic national team. Established in 2000, The Meat & Wine Co prides itself in providing an exceptional and unique steakhouse dining experience. We have a unique atmosphere and ambience which is dedicated to our African heritage whilst still having reference to Australian surroundings.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional table service in a fast paced, high quality dining environment
  • Have a thorough understanding of our food & beverage menu with emphasis on steak & wine knowledge
  • Contributing positive influence to an innovative and vibrant team culture

All applicants should have the following:

  • A passion for people and providing unforgettable guest experiences
  • Three plate carry and tray service
  • Previous A La Carte experience in a 5+ table section
  • A current valid RSA certificate
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Able to thrive under pressure
  • High Volume
  • Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
  • A willingness to undergo our training and development program
  • Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster - looking for up to 38 hours per week, including nights and weekends
