About the role
This is a great opportunity to move away from hands on patient treatment and visit different work places each day, working with employees to assist them in returning to work after injury. There is lots of great variety in the work and you get to manage your own case load enabling you to drive positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities also include:
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs and go above and beyond to help them achieve this
  • Effectively coordinate and manage complex return to work services
  • Identification of services to assist with recovery and return to work.
  • Building strong and trusting relationships with customers
  • Provide feedback to the leadership team on how to improve services
  • Help customers keep staff safe and reduce risk of injuries
  • Keep up to date with industry knowledge and skills
About You
  • Ideally 1+ year of practical experience in Occupational Rehabilitation case management
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation
  • An understanding of worker's compensation legislation, or the ability to develop
  • Proactive case management skills and the ability to handle a number of cases simultaneously
  • Highly developed oral and written communication
  • High levels of empathy, integrity and honesty
  • Enjoy working within a cohesive, inclusive team that like to have FUN
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
