Due to business growth, Essity are in search of a strategic and collaborative Channel Marketing Manager with proven hospital channel experience to accelerate their hospital sales. This is a leadership role with no direct reports.

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing short and long term go-to-market strategy in line with ANZ business objectives
  • Utilising a deep understanding of the external business environment, competitors and emerging trends to influence and drive marketing solutions in a highly competitive environment
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with major customers, including key opinion leaders and key decision-makers
  • Close collaboration with your Marketing, Corporate Accounts, Sales and Finance teams in execution
  • Utilising globally developed channel value proposition to execute locally
  • Activating trade marketing campaigns and material to meet channel expectations
  • Contributing and attending channel trade fairs and congresses
  • A hands-on approach to execution including training the sales team
To be considered for this role, you will have:
  • Bachelor degree/s qualifications in Science, Business, Marketing or related fields
  • Proven track record in hospital channel marketing
  • Experience in B2B marketing in the medical consumables or devices markets
  • A deep understanding of the Australian and New Zealand hospital contract and tender process
  • Sound business acumen and strong leadership and communication skills
  • A hands-on and flexible style along with a can-do attitude
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Candidates with a strong background in wound care will be highly regarded however this is not essential.
