The Opportunity:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Campaign Marketing Manager in the planning, production and delivery of the annual Jenny Craig marketing plan for Australia and New Zealand.

This exciting, varied and hands on role takes on responsibilities across the full marketing mix and partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate, manage, procure and evaluate marketing campaign and activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Marketing team to deliver its annual marketing activity plan;
  • Coordinating marketing project timelines to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met;
  • Supporting post campaign reporting and key metrics;
  • Partnering with our internal Graphic Designer on design projects;
  • Build and maintain the social media plan for Jenny Craig Oceania across Facebook and Instagram. Ensuring the social plan is in line with the marketing plan, identifying new content opportunities to help grow the channel and drive engagement; and
  • Assisting with planning photo and TV shoots, including coordinating travel for Jenny Craig clients, consultants and ambassadors.

About You:

Detail oriented and super organised, you thrive in a hands-on and varied environment and never shy away from putting your hand up to help out where needed and apply your talents. 

You also:

  • Have a degree or formal qualification in Marketing;
  • Have a minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar marketing role preferably working within a retail environment;
  • Are proficient with the full Microsoft Office suite;
  • Are adept with Social Media and experienced with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Facebook Business;
  • Are an exceptional communicator in both the written and verbal form;
  • Strong organisational, and time management skills, with a strong tendency to be proactive;
  • Excel working both unsupervised and collaborating as part of a close-knit team; and
  • Demonstrate initiative and work effectively under pressure.
