What will you be doing?

  • Maintain strong positive relationships with our prospective & existing customers
  • Maintain sales targets and objectives across sales and service level agreements
  • Understand and define the clients’ requirements and scope.
  • Liaise with internal teams in the preparation of customers responses.
  • Manage client expectations and requests, in an accurate and timely manner with a personalized feel.
  • Systematically follow-up with proposals liaising with Customers.
  • Perform client Account Management meetings to foster client relationships.
  • Provide reporting as required.
  • Participate in marketing and communications strategies and activities.
  • Keep abreast of technological advances in AV, ICT fields.
  • Foster and promote the company, product and brand presence in the market.

What do we require from you?

  • 3+ years sales experience with a preference for sales in audio visual but not compulsory.
  • Well-developed consultative sales skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Versatility, resourcefulness and resilience
  • The skills and strategic ability to foster new business
  • The skills and ability to build and maintain long term partnerships with clients to ensure ongoing and repeat business
  • Vision, drive and the ability to think outside the box
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of both Word and Excel and CRM system concepts
  • Current valid driver’s licence
