Work with a reputable international brand in a dynamic and busy environment. This is a varied role where you will be liaising with extremely high-level international clientele providing a luxury customer service.
You must have exceptional relationship building skills and a love of customer service and travel.

Based in St Leonards, Sydney this organisation is immediately seeking an experienced customer service specialist to join their close knit team.

Working in a wider customer service environment - you will be working in a recently created team offering ongoing development and opportunity to grow both within the role, but also the global organisation as a whole.

The right person will hold exceptional customer service skills in ether hospitality, retail, face - face or phone based.
Executive or travel concierge experience are highly preferred.

A great opportunity for someone to step into corporate career.

You must be able to speak, read, write and type Japanese & English proficiently.

Essential requirements:
  • Proficient in both languages - Japanese & English
    (Kanto and Kansai dialects)
  • MUST be Available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster (Night shifts)
    7 days a week, 7.5 hours shifts (Total 37.5 hour working week)
  • Proficient in Japanese written skills - Katakana and Kanji.
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with clientele at all levels
  • Call centre experience in preferred.
  • Competent at working with databases and picking up new systems
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Can work well under pressure and achieve set targets
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Strong relationship building skills - understanding of luxury clientele requirements
  • MUST be available to commence role immediately or with 1 week's notice.
This role is shift based with award and penalty rates in place according to hours worked. A fantastic ongoing opportunity with one of the largest travel and financial providers supporting their highest customers.
