Job Details
The Solution Consultant is responsible for successfully designing and managing the delivery of Datorama implementations. Datorama is a Digital Marketing analytics solution that ingests, unifies and visualises data so that marketing teams can measure performance of marketing activities. Datorama is the Analytics solution for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The Solution Consultant will be responsible to lead technical and consultative discovery sessions with key stakeholders necessary to deliver analytics for business strategies and advanced marketing use cases. The Solution Consultant will also be the key owner of the solution architecture and design in Datorama during the implementation phase.

You will have strong interpersonal skills, functional expertise and industry experience. You will be able to build relationships with client business stakeholders and technical SMEs so that you will be a trusted advisor on implementing analytics needed to optimise marketing spend/activities.

The Solution Consultant must maintain an ongoing comprehensive understanding of the cloud-computing ecosystem, and martech/adtech industry in order to help clients to build best in class Datorama solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a part of the global professional services team that will consist of integration & data expert.
  • Analyze and understand business objectives and needs
  • Understand customer goals and challenges and translate them into technical requirements
  • Interact frequently with customers and manage discovery phase in order to determine their needs
  • Define best practices for solution architecture
  • Build detailed requirement documentation
  • Execute complex client implementations
  • Coordinate between various internal departments (including Product, Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, and Support) to execute on projects.
  • Define development methodologies and strategies to improve deliverables
Qualifications:
  • 5+ Years of experience in:-
  • BI/Analytics implementation, preferably in a digital marketing environment
  • Knowledge of the Adtech/Martech ecosystem is preferred: ad serving, web analytics, marketing automation
  • Must have interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams and interact frequently with customers in order to determine their needs
  • Experience working in Data modeling and ETL processes
  • Must be collaborative and able to influence in a matrix environment
  • Proven time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
