JOB DESCRIPTION

To be successful in this role you will:

* Project manage, exercise judgement, and manage competing priorities to deliver TIQ's non-financial performance input for the Service Delivery Statements, including activities such as the management of client surveys and inclusion of performance data.
* Under direction of the Manager, Strategy and Engagement participate in the annual review of the strategic plan and agency operational/business plan as required.
* Contribute significantly to the coordination and quality control of TIQ's annual Estimates processes with effective cross-agency collaboration.
* Contribute to TIQ's strategic direction with the delivery and interpretation of key data/insights and intelligence to help with organisational decision-making.
* Collaborate within the Strategy and Engagement team on the use TIQ's performance management and/or business intelligence software ie. Salesforce, CAMMS or Power-BI to provide performance information for a variety of purposes including the annual report.
* Support the redesign, development, implementation and maintenance of performance measurement, analysis and reporting frameworks and strategies.
* Lead, contribute to and coordinate the development of operational policy, marketing collateral or other documents that align with agency requirements and/or obligations.
* Manage the quality of processes and documentation, as well as information management including data library and/or record keeping requirements as the basis for development of strategic documents to support trade and international investment attraction.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships across TIQ business units, the host agency, and other state/federal government stakeholders to maintain TIQ's reporting obligations or respond to other operational objectives.
* Respond constructively to periods of uncertainty by role modelling positively and focusing on required tasks.
