Job Description

How will I Help?

As part of our Transformation and Portfolio Delivery Team within Group Protective Services (GPS) you will support the management of the Group’s Physical Security, Business Continuity and Crisis Management Operations.

This role will have a key focus on our records management and ID Services projects.

You Will Specifically Be Responsible For

  • Creating project plan, progress tracking template, status updates and risks for key initiatives that need to be delivered in GPS Transformation Delivery.
  • Engage with GPS teams to deliver key projects / changes that simplify business processes
  • Manage team of up to 2 operational staff to deliver ID services to the Bank, and build an understanding of process, risks, transformation pathway and costs associated to simplify and automate the ID services function
  • Running projects (eg records management), learning profile review and other initiatives that are part of the broader Bank transformation agenda.

This role is open to candidates who are interested in a permanent or 12 month max term opportunity.

You will have a significant track record in successfully leading and managing projects including the delivery of process improvement initiatives. You will have strong project management, planning and prioritisation skills with a passion for understanding business data to identify issues and improvements.

This role will require a critical thinker, influential senior manager who displays resilience, initiative, and comfortability in dealing with complexity and ambiguity.
