Business Improvement Analyst, RAMS

How will I help?
Your new role as Process Improvement Analyst, RAMS reports into the Senior Change Manager of RAMS Homeownership Services Operations. The primary objective is to own and lead business improvement activities for any projects (externally or internally driven) that impact the RAMS Financial Group business. The roles requires engagement with internal business units, such as legal, compliance and product, and external project teams or franchise network to support & deliver changes impacting RAMS business units. You will also provide support to and working with Senior Change Manager to deliver change initiatives across RAMS.

What do I need?
You will have roughly 1-3 years’ experience in banking & financial services Change Management, Transformation or Business/Process Improvement (preferably from a mortgages background). You will have experience in leading change projects, along with exceptional skills in written communications, having the proven ability to write business documents. You will be highly autonomous and proactive in your approach to change management, with a highly customer-centric mindset. Your advanced skills in Microsoft Suite and stakeholder management will enable you to work with shifting priorities in a dynamic working environment.
