How will I help?
The Business Banking Product Management team creates leading Business Banking Product propositions to meet Business customers banking needs while consistently meeting balance growth and profitability targets. The Everyday Banking and Payments product team is responsible for the design, delivery and maintenance of all products and services that support Business customers day to day banking and savings needs. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for the supporting the effective maintenance and delivery of all Transactional Banking product and services including commercial performance, risk/compliance and the efficient provision of products and services to our distribution teams.

What do I need?
To be set up for success you will need to demonstrate:
  • Experience in one of the following areas:
    • Product Management (Banking or FS or Telco or Energy)
    • As a Business Analyst (functional) with exposure to Banking
    • Finance – experience with performance analysis
    • Strategy/Transformation experience (banking)
    • Risk/Governance experience (banking)
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, accounting, commerce, engineering or related disciplineExperience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis
  • Proven experience in applying problem solving methodologies
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
