As part of our Cybersecurity & Digital Trust (C&DT) team, you will build trust in Australian organisations by securing their digital future and developing the nation's leading cybersecurity workforce.


STRATEGY

  • Work with Cybersecurity and Digital Trust (C&DT) Leaders to design, execute, and manage the strategy and business plan of strategic Alliance;s that enable security and build trust for our clients
  • Focus on market penetration and revenue growth
  • Work with the Alliance Leader to identify and leverage focused propositions which will generate incremental revenue to C&DT
  • Consistently message the Alliance value proposition and strategic direction internally and externally
  • Identify additional synergies between Alliance and C&DT to expand Alliance program throughout C&DT and the firm
  • Ensure Priority Account alignment which incorporates Alliances, Collaborate with cross-sector/cross-service Practice teams on executing Alliance initiatives
  • Input into annual business planning session and ongoing joint planning sessions/workshops (e.g., QBRs) to drive ongoing strategic alignment
     


GROWTH
  • Identify potential account revenue/”sell-with” opportunities sourced from an Alliance
  • Over time build key relationships with Alliance Executive “sell with” team (e.g., SVP of Alliances, C-level, etc.) and serve as strategic relationship point of contact for the Alliance
  • Position PwC for Alliance awards and Analyst rankings
  • Forecast & help facilitate joint plays with Alliances
  • Provide oversight and targeted direction to the teams related to the Alliance business strategy for relevant accounts/opportunities
  • Work with the PwC Marketing team to identify and co-create Alliance marketing campaigns that differentiate C&DT to drive incremental revenue and confirm that follow-up activities are taking place
  • Meet regularly with Alliances to attest campaigns as valuable and effective

     


OPERATIONS/GOVERNANCE/ PEOPLE
  • Manage team plan and coordinate Alliance efforts across C&DT
  • Communicate Alliance initiative progress, issues, and expectations; take corrective actions as necessary
  • Manage all reporting requirements for the Alliance Strategy and as a part of the C&DT strategy; Monitor and gauge performance metrics such as Alliance influenced pipeline, win fees, and revenue
  • Manage any Alliance budget and ensure strategic prioritisation of spend.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience should include:
  • Extensive experience in a business development or client-facing professional role, in a complex solution environment
  • Demonstrated relevant industry, account and alliance management experience
  • Strong knowledge of relevant industry products and services
  • Proven senior experience in Alliance leadership and / or Sales and Business Development and enablement
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Ability to gain insight into market trends, challenges, to help shape future business and client opportunities
  • Strategic planning and resource management skills
  • Strong leadership, people management and influencing and motivational ability
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience and a strong comfort level working with C level executives at ASX companies and Federal/State Government and building relationships throughout organisations.
  • People management experience with leading and coaching teams
  • Strong experience in reporting and creating on-brand strategic plans and communications
  • Strong drive and resilience; capability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders, while being able to prioritise.
  • An ability to take the initiative, forward plan and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Being proactive and results oriented.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with strong visualisation skills who is strong and confident in presenting virtually or face to face.
  • A team player who is a self-starter,with the confidence and flare to bring together teams.
