About the role

We are seeking a talented associate or senior associate to join our Corporate Commercial team on a permanent basis. We’ll consider both full-time and part-time candidates.


You will have the opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of work including unregulated M&A, corporate transactions and governance, private business, joint ventures and general commercial contracting. You will work with clients across a range of sectors, including mining, engineering and technology, health, NFPs and charities, Aboriginal business and many more.


This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with our Partners in this team, to learn from their experience and to contribute to our Firm with your initiative, client focus and hands-on approach. You will be working within our Corporate Commercial team autonomously and collaboratively. 

About you

We will consider candidates with all levels of post admission experience from 4+ years. We look for candidates who can demonstrate past experience in corporate and commercial law and have a good understanding of commercial practice.

We look for talented people who have strong communication skills, demonstrated commerciality and client focus, the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment, and excellent technical knowledge and drafting skills.

You will also exhibit:
