Our client have a wonderful opportunity for a person to learn the art of contract administration. The successful applicants will gain broad experience working in all aspects of commercial heating and plumbing industry and will benefit from working in an experienced and focused team.

Full training provided.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
  • Tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims.
  • Programming and scheduling construction works.
  • Progress claim assistance.
  • Answering client questions and request.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
  • Minimum 12 months work experience in administration.
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel.
  • Ability to process and communicate technical information.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a successful team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise several competing tasks.
