$26,080 - 32,904 PA + Super + quarterly bonus (after successful probation period of 3 months)

Safer Communities is a growing family business based in the Byron hinterland (Federal) that delivers exemplary mental health education and training throughout Australia.

We are passionate about building the mental health literacy of Australians. Primarily we deliver the evidence based Mental Health First Aid program.

We are seeking an Administration Manager to lead us to build an efficient and productive office that supports our training growth plan.

As the sole administration position in the organisation the role has a wide scope of duties.

Selection Criteria * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Exemplary technology skills in a clerical / administration environment with the capacity to lead innovation and efficiency.
  • Specifically, a thorough understanding and confidence with the following applications, or similar
  • MYOB - Budgeting, invoicing, receipting and payroll
  • Humanitix - Event and ticketing platforms
  • Social Media
  • Email, including email marketing platforms
  • Website editing using Wix platform
  • Other platforms that support training and events organisations
4. Applying for grants and preparing grant reporting requirements

5. Willingness to work across the full scope of administration duties within a small business environment.

6. Supervision of other staff
