We are recruiting for an Office Administrator on a part time basis for a specialist provider to the communication and broadcast industry.

About the Role

The key principle objective of the Administrator position, is primarily to be responsible for working in partnership with the Project Manager, building leadership in your team to identify, coordinate and align projects between different areas of the business.

  • Complete company and client reporting requirements including relevant administration duties
  • Providing administrative support to the Project Manager and teams
  • Preparing documents
  • Processing incoming and outgoing emails
  • Coordinating, preparing and distributing daily reports
  • Coordinating, preparing, distributing all reports
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Compiling data, statistics and other information
  • Securing document control
  • Safety meeting minutes
  • Coordinating client, trade and consultant site visits and meetings
  • Follow up on outstanding field job tasks
  • Staff Training
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Building relationships
  • Office administration experience
  • Proven experience as an office administrator
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
