JOB DESCRIPTION

The Company
Business Support are seeking experienced Customer Service consultants to work for a reputable and premium call centre in the Eastern suburbs , specialising within the service industry. The role will commence on a temporary basis with a view to permanency for the right candidate.

The Role
Your fit within the role will depend on your proven experience in Customer Service, with key responsibilities including.

  • Handle inbound calls from internal customers
  • Solving complex queries from customers regarding a range of manners
  • Entering and updating customer details onto internal database
  • Processing billings and payments
  • General administrative tasks
  • Providing customers with information on status,
  • Achieving monthly individual KPI's

About you

  • Previous experience in using internal systems
  • Outstanding phone manner
  • Availability to work within the hours of 8am-7pm (averaging 38-hour week)
  • Ability to take initiative and think outside the box to think of solving problems with customers
  • Empathetic nature, calm and patient with customers
  • Must be available immediately! Monday start
  • At least 1-year experience in a Customer Service role
