To support market demand and the businesses ambitious growth plans we are seeking a customer service and admin assistant to join the team working in a professional yet family-oriented headquarters in Archerfield.
The role will be varied with responsibilities aimed at supporting the sales and internal administration functions of the business. As such these areas are natural pathways for this role for those wanting to progress.

Your day-to-day activities will include working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to enhance customer satisfaction. As such you will be involved in planning and co-ordination of activities ensuring the sales, and customer service processes are adhered to.
    • Prior experience in similar customer service, service coordinator or support role within a similar industry – automotive, engineering etc.
    • Ability to work with ERP and MS office systems
    • Ability and willingness to work in a team environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
