JOB DESCRIPTION

Monolith is seeking a full-time Video Producer with a passion for video production (in both a studio environment and in the field), proven audio-visual & broadcast experience, team management, and a commitment to program excellence.

Joining our Video Production teams supporting Facebook, the ideal candidate will oversee the Video Production teams in region that provides end-to-end production including pre-production consultations, creative scripting, technical coordination, setup and support, AV/VC services, streaming, post-production supervision and project management.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Works closely with the FVP Coordinator to ensure all incoming requests are appropriately triaged and assigned.
  • Acts as the main driver to ensure proper documentations are in place throughout the production lifecycle (Pre-Production; Production & Post-Production.
  • Assist to review clients request and provide creative/technical direction for planning, scheduling, and delivery of productions.
  • Reports to FVP Supervisor in market.
  • Able to assist to create and translate abstract concepts into effective visual form.
  • Be able to adhere to best practices, SLAs adherence & risk management across all FVP productions.
  • Take on tasks in special projects as outlined by Supervisor and executes them within agreed timeline.
  • Being able to demonstrates technical aptitude to learn and take on other responsibilities operationally across the technical spectrum within studio.
  • Adheres to Operational and Technical SOPs Crew and resource accordingly based of the production requirements within FVP guidelines

Essential 

  1. Qualifications relating to the industry
  2. 3 years of working knowledge in video production, comfortable with audio visual equipment, demonstrating proficiency(s) across audio, video, lighting, streaming and editing disciplines.
  3. Experience and understand concepts and technical challenges and problem solving needs in a professional video production environment.
  4. The desire and ability to have an impactful conversation with users about their support needs and requirements.
  5. Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and is highly motivated and communicative.

The suitable candidate will be offered a salary package between $60,000 - $80,000 + superannuation.
