Job Description

We have an opportunity for an experienced Business Relationship Manager to support a multi-year Defence program to deliver an enterprise Health Knowledge Management System. This capability will enable better clinical decision making for the ADF.

As the Business Relationship Manager you will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships and engagements with our Defence customer for a major health information integration program.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will:
Establish and maintain enduring, inclusive relationships and communications with key senior stakeholders within Defence’s CIOG Group, the Defence Healthcommunity and across all services
Organise, manage and lead or participate in customer and stakeholder meetings
Support and facilitate Health business transformation
Participate in technical workshops with Defence stakeholders, the Leidos engineering team and collaborate with our vendor partners
Work with the Leidos Program Director, the OCM Manager, Defence PMO and stakeholders to identify and manage risks, issues and schedule
Contribute to planning, documentation and reviews of program deliverables

Qualifications

You will have a Batchelor degree or higher together with substantial relevant professional experience and specialised training. Coupled with your education you have:

Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with Defence stakeholders
Substantial experience with and exposure to the Health ICT environment within Defence
Broad understanding of Defence’s change management processes
Exposure to and understanding of Defence’s health community
Exposure to Defence clinical groups and/or the wider Health eco-system
Digital Health experience preferably on large, complex health implementations

Your personal and professional attributes will include a demonstrated ability to consistently produce excellent results in a complex and challenging environment, whilst contributing as a team player.

This role can either be based in Melbourne, Canberra or Brisbane and applicants will need to be able to hold and maintain a security clearance to the Baseline level.
