Our client an international brand specialising in the manufacturing of high-quality probiotic products have an exciting opportunity that cannot be missed! Due to growth they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team based in Macquarie Park



Client Details

With Headquarters based in Korea and offices globally they are expanding into the Australian Market with well established existing sales channels through Priceline and Chemist Warehouse as well as online channels.

A subsidiary of a Multinational Korean Healthcare company they have been in operation for over 70 years and on the verge of making shock waves in the Australian health supplements and vitamins market.

Description

Reporting to the Managing Director your role as the Sales Manager will be although not limited to:



  • Establish and maintain relationships with key Pharmacy Accounts.
  • Negotiation and managing customers commercial agreements.
  • Responsible for customer relationships across various levels and building collaborative cross-functional engagement.
  • Oversee the ongoing development and maintenance of forecasting models and alignment with Demand Planning.
  • Deliver Net Sales, Gross Margin and Market Share targets for your key customer.





Profile

To be successful for the role:



  • Have proven experience working with Pharmacies and managing accounts such as Chemist Warehouse and Priceline
  • Proven expereince working with Pharmacies
  • 5 years experience working in business development across pharmacies
  • Driven and motivated to succeed and have great project management experience.
  • Ability to create a clear insight-led category vision for customer growth.
  • Creative and collaborative approach to solving problems.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work cross functionally
  • Formal Qualifications in Sales or similar
