We are looking for an ambitious and passionate marketer to join our team and support the company’s success and innovative growth ambitions. As a forward-thinking company we are seeking an equally agile Brand Manager who prides themselves as an all-rounder and have the ability to juggle and manage a range of different projects. Job

  • Working in a supportive team environment in a forward-moving company you will be managing above and below the line activity and campaigns across wholesale and retail markets;
  • Managing portfolio across multiple segments in retail and wholesale
  • Developing strategic and communication plans;
  • Working with and managing agency relationships;
  • Managing above and below the line activity and campaigns
  • Interpretation of consumer and sales data;
  • Managing packaging requirements
  • Managing marketing budgets in line with strategy; and
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers and suppliers;

You

  • Minimum 4 years experience in brand or trade marketing ideally within FMCG or a similar industry;
  • Previous experience with translating consumer insights and global trends into new opportunities;
  • Firm understanding of shopper activations including below the line activations, B2B and digital marketing;
  • Be highly persuasive and passionate with the ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated creative and innovative skill sets;
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing and activation plans;
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and execute above and below the line communication, preferably within the FMCG industry;
  • Commercially focused with the ability to think dynamically and with agility; and
  • Previous marketing and NPD experience is essential;
  • Tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Business/Marketing or equivalent) with an understanding of current and future marketing trends and direction.
